The Final Examination of the Basic Korean Language Course will be conducted online at the end of this month on weekends for batches 001A, 002A, 003A, 010A, and 020A, with exact dates and details to be communicated via email. The exam will assess Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking skills with a total of 500 marks, where Reading and Writing will carry 250 marks combined, and Listening and Speaking will account for the remaining 250 marks. Students must score at least 80% (400 out of 500 marks) to pass the exam. The exam will be held online face-to-face, and students are required to keep their cameras on while writing their answers by hand. After completion, they must submit clear photos of their handwritten answers through the LMS within 5 minutes. Students are advised to prepare thoroughly by revising TOPIK vocabulary from 1-1500, studying from the SNU 1A Student Book and Handbook, and reviewing essential TOPIK grammar concepts. All students are strongly encouraged to check their devices, camera, internet connection, and LMS access in advance to avoid any last-minute issues, as late submissions will not be accepted.
