The Korean Academy (KORA) is proud to announce the Korean Poetry Writing Competition 2025, a creative platform for students to express their thoughts, emotions, and imagination through the beauty of the Korean language. This competition invites all learners to explore the depth and rhythm of Korean poetry while celebrating their progress in mastering the language.

The competition will be conducted entirely online, allowing students from anywhere to participate with ease. Participants can send and submit their entries at any time through the Google Form available on the bio page of The Korean Academy (KORA). There is no entry fee, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to share their creativity and passion for Korean without barriers.

The top three winners will receive a Certificate of Achievement and will have their winning poems featured as cover highlights in The Korean Academy Annual Magazine 2025. Their work will also be showcased on The Korean Academy’s official website, where their achievements will be recognized and celebrated by the global KORA community.

At The Korean Academy, we believe poetry is more than just words—it is a bridge that connects language, emotion, and culture. Through this competition, students can share their personal stories and perspectives, while gaining a deeper appreciation for the art of Korean expression.

We warmly invite all Korean learners to participate, write from the heart, and let their voices be heard. Your poem could become a symbol of inspiration for many others who are on the same journey of learning and discovery.
