OUR COMMITMENT TO STUDENTS

We Invest in Your Future, Not Just Your Classes

What you achieve inside a KORA classroom carries weight far beyond the course itself. Our documentation infrastructure is built to ensure that your Korean language proficiency, your commitment, and your academic conduct are formally recognised — in a format that universities, employers, and scholarship bodies accept.

Documentation requests are reviewed personally by the Academic Committee. This is not a rubber-stamp process. We take the integrity of every document we issue seriously, because each one represents a student who earned it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Documentation FAQs

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about KORA's documentation policies.

Submit a Request

KORA certificates are issued from an established Korean language academy and are accepted as supporting documentation for university applications, scholarship programs, and professional profiles. For formal academic credit transfer, please verify with your target institution.

Early certification requires a dedicated Academic Committee review session, priority document preparation, and expedited administrative processing outside the standard schedule. The ₹6,000 priority processing fee covers these institutional resources. It also ensures that only students with genuine academic or visa-related urgency submit early certification requests.

Recommendation letters require a minimum of 2 months of program engagement and are primarily available to students in the 3-Month Foundation or TOPIK Preparation programs. Fast Track students with exceptional performance may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the Academic Committee's discretion.

Standard Course Completion Certificates are processed within 3–5 working days after your final program completion and assessment clearance. You will receive an email notification when your document is ready.

Meeting the listed criteria makes you eligible to request a recommendation letter. Final issuance is at the Academic Committee's discretion, based on their holistic review of your academic record, conduct, and the stated application purpose. Meeting criteria does not constitute an automatic guarantee.
