Academics Records / Early Certificate Issuance

At The Korean Academy, we understand that our students may have specific timelines and goals for their language learning journey. That's why we have an Early Certification Issuance Policy that allows students to receive their certification before the completion of their course.

To be eligible for early certification issuance, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Have completed at least 80% of their course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and exams.
  • Have achieved a minimum grade of B on all assignments and exams.
  • Have no outstanding fees or balances owed to The Korean Academy.

If a student meets these criteria, they can request an early certification issuance by submitting a written request to the course instructor or program coordinator. The request must include the student's name, course details, and the reason for the early issuance request.

Our team will review the request and notify the student of the decision within 7-10 business days. If the request is approved, the student will receive their certification and any other relevant documents within 5-7 business days.

Please note that early certification issuance is subject to the discretion of The Korean Academy and may not be available for all courses or programs. We encourage students to plan their language learning journey carefully and work closely with their instructors or program coordinators to ensure that they meet all course requirements and achieve their learning goals.

We hope that our Early Certification Issuance Policy will provide students with flexibility and recognition for their hard work and achievements. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
